温度对油气弹簧工作特性影响的研究

针对油气弹簧因长时间工作温度升高影响油气弹簧工作特性的问题,考虑了密封摩擦,基于热力学理论和流体力学理论,建立出油气弹簧的数学模型,在Simulink中进行数学模型仿真.使用AMESim流体仿真软件进行虚拟模型仿真.在不同工作温度下对油气弹簧进行了台架试验,得到不同温度下的油气弹簧工作特性曲线.将仿真结果和试验结果进行了对比,验证了油气弹簧数学模型和AMESim虚拟模型的正确性.把不同温度下的试验结果进行对比,研究了温度升高对油气弹簧刚度特性和阻尼特性的影响.结果表明随温升高,油气弹簧刚度特性变化较大,阻尼特性变化较小.
Research on the Influence of Temperature on the Characteristics of Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension
In view of the problem that the temperature of the hydro-pneumatic suspension will inevitably rise after long-term op-eration,the gas in the accumulator is greatly affected by the temperature,which affects the working characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension,considering the sealing friction,based on the theory of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics,the hydro-pneumatic suspension is established Mathematical model,mathematical model simulation in Simulink.A virtual model is built in AMESim simulation software.Bench tests were carried out on the hydro-pneumatic suspension at different working tempera-tures,and the working characteristic curves of the hydro-pneumatic suspension at different temperatures were obtained.The simulation results were compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the hydro-pneumatic suspension mathematical model and the AMESim virtual model.The test results at different temperatures were compared,and the influence of temperature rise on the stiffness and damping characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic spring was explored.The results show that with the in-crease of temperature,the stiffness characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension change greatly,and the damping charac-teristics change less.
