考虑波纹度激励的齿轮系统动态特性研究

波纹度是一种偏向于微观的位移缺陷,对系统动力学响应具有一定影响.该文考虑波纹度激励对齿轮系统产生的影响,采用集中参数法建立了多自由度斜齿轮-轴承平移扭转耦合动力学模型,应用Runge-kutta算法对系统微分方程进行求解处理,通过分析对比该文提出的模型响应与忽略波纹度的斜齿轮-轴承模型响应的幅频响应、瀑布图、时域图以及频谱,揭示了波纹度对系统动态特性的影响规律.仿真结果表明:低转速时,波纹度对系统响应的影响不明显,两种模型均出现明显的周期性和幅值调制现象,滚动体通过频率和齿轮啮合频率为系统的主要特征频率;随着转速增大,1/2啮合频率成分为两种模型响应的主要频率成分,两种模型均出现分频共振现象;随着转速进一步增大,忽略波纹度模型响应的主要频率依旧为啮合频率和轴承滚动体通过频率,该文所提出模型的响应中出现明显的从动齿轮波纹度激励频率成分,波纹度对系统高转速下的动力学响应有明显的影响.
Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Gear System with Waviness
Waviness is a very small displacement defect,but the influence on the dynamic response of the system is obvious.Con-sidering the impact of the waviness motivation on the gear system,a dynamic model of multi degree of freedom helical gear-bearing translational reverse coupling is established by centralized parameter method.The differential equation of the system is solved by Runge-kutta algorithm.The impact rules of waviness to the dynamic characteristics of the system are revealed by com-paring and analysing the response of the amplitude-frequency response,waterfall plot,time-domain diagram and FFT of the model revealed in this paper with the model without waviness of helical gear-bearing.The simulation result shows:at low speed,the impact of waviness is not obvious,the response both models is obviously periodicity,the amplitude modulation phenomenon is appeared,the main characteristic frequency of the system is the through frequency of the rolling element and the meshing fre-quency.With the increase of rotational speed,the main frequency is 1/2 of the meshing frequency both models,the frequency divi-sion resonance phenomenon occurs in both models.With the further increase of rotational speed,the main frequency of model without waviness is still meshing frequency and the through frequency of the rolling element.the waviness frequency of the driven gear appears in the response of the model presents in this paper.The waviness has a deep impact on the dynamics response of the system at a high speed.
