光切面法的电力钢管塔法兰肋板焊缝三维重构

针对电力钢管塔法兰肋板自动焊接中焊缝引导问题,提出一种基于线激光光切面的肋板焊缝三维重构和测量方法.构建面阵相机和线激光测量平台,采用张正友法标定测量模型,建立光平面上点空间坐标和相机图像坐标对应关系.对实物进行光切面扫描实验,通过测量模型求解对应点空间坐标,基于Visual Studio平台对空间点云三维重构,采用随机采样一致性(RANSAC)迭代法实现肋板所在平面的点云分割,基于法线及k邻域搜索结合的点云边缘提取算法进行边缘提取,以采样点与其k邻所对应投影点连线的最大夹角为判定原则提高点云边界识别精度,最后设计基于统计滤波点云筛选原则实现各目标焊缝的分割.实验结果表明,光切平面测量模型标定后相对误差≤1.46%,焊缝拟合后长度最大绝对误差0.97mm,相对误差≤1.29%,该方法可同时提取两条目标焊缝,具有高效率、低成本等特点.
3D Reconstruction of Power Steel Poles'Flange Rib Welding Seam by Light Section Method
Aiming at the problem of weld guide in automatic welding of electric steel tube towers'flange rib,a method of 3d re-construction and measurement of rib weld based on light section method was proposed.Constructed the platform of camera and linear laser,and the measurement model was demarcated by using the Zhang Zhengyou's method,established a corresponding relationship between the optical plane's space coordinates and the camera's image coordinates.Used the linear structured light to scan the experiment,solved the corresponding points'space coordinates by measuring model,reconstructed the 3D point cloud based on the Visual Studio,Random Sample Consensus(RANSAC)iteration method was adopted to realize segmentation of point cloud,used the point cloud algorithm which is based on normal and k neighborhoods′search to extract the edge,used the max angle of the tie-line between sampling points and k neighbors'project points as the principle to enhance the cloud boundaries'identification accuracy,then designed point cloud screening principle based on statistical filtering to achieve the goal of weld cloud points'segmentation.The experimental results show that the relative error of the model after calibration of the tangent plane is≤1.46%,the maximum absolute error of the weld length after fitting is 0.97mm,and the relative error is≤1.29%.This method can extract two target welds at the same time,has the high efficiency and low cost characteristics.
