Technological Test Research on Outer Ring Track of Sub-Step Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearing
In order to improve the finishing precision and machining efficiency of the outer ring track of angular contact ball bear-ings,based on the change characteristics of the track surface in the finishing process,an in-depth study of the finishing part of the outer ring of the bearing is subdivided into coarse In the two steps of precision super and super precision,the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the processing parameters of each step.The optimized results and the conventional one-step precision test results are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the conventional one-step precision Superfinishing,the use of stepwise superfinishing can increase the superfinishing precision of bearings by 10.42%,and the superfinishing time can be reduced by 2s,indicating that the machining accuracy and efficiency of stepwise superfinishing is higher than that conven-tional one-step superfinishing.
