钢铁物流园区的仓位布局和路径规划

针对钢铁物流园区设备利用率低和取货时间长等问题,综合仓位布局和提货路径设计构建了考虑作业设备负载均衡的两阶段模型.首先,以均衡单个堆场内的起重机作业任务为目标,基于二维装箱问题建立仓位布局模型,并设计了钟摆式启发式策略求解该模型.而后,在仓位布局的基础上,以均衡园区内全部堆场起重机的作业任务为目标,构建了提货路径优化模型,并结合鲸鱼算法设计随机密钥编码、解码策略对车辆提货路径进行优化.最后基于实际案例,工作任务分配量、行驶路径以及驻留时间三个方面对提出的模型和算法进行验证.实验结果表明,这里构建的模型和算法能够有效均衡作业任务量,减少车辆等待时间.
Optimization of Layout and Routing in Steel Logistics Park
Aiming to solve the problems of low equipment utilization and long pick-up waiting time in a steel logistics park,a two-stage model considering the storage layout design and pike-up routing optimization simultaneously was proposed to balance the load of operation equipment.Firstly,in order to balance the crane's workload in a single yard,a storage layout model was proposed based on the two-dimensional packing strategy,and a pendulum heuristic strategy was designed to optimize the model.Then,on the basis of the storage layout,a optimization model of pick-up path was constructed to balance all cranes'workload in the whole yard.And a random key encoding and decoding strategy applied to the whale optimization algorithm was designed to optimize the vehicle picking up path.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm,a practical case ex-periment was introduced.and the experimental results were analyzed from three aspects of task allocation,travel path and dwell time.The conclusion show that the proposed model and algorithm can get an excellent balance of workload and reduce the wait-ing time of vehicles effectively.
