Vibration Cutting Tool Amplitude Measurement Method Based on Fourier Transform
Vibration cutting is becoming more and more common in today's manufacturing industry, and the key parameter of vibration cutting tool amplitude cannot be avoided due to energy loss.In order to ensure a good cutting effect,it is necessary to know the tool amplitude in the actual cutting process.Currently, laser vibrometers are commonly used to measure the amplitude of vibration cutting tools, but the equipment is relatively expensive. In order to achieve an economical and effective measurement of the amplitude of the vibrating cutting tool,a measurement method using an acceleration sensor to measure the amplitude of the vibrating cutting tool is proposed. The acceleration sensor is used to obtain the acceleration in the vibration direction of the tool, and the acceleration signal is integrated into an amplitude signal through Fourier transform, frequency domain quadratic integration and inverse Fourier transform.According to the experimental results, the measurement error of this measurement sys-tem is less than 0.8%.
