Robust Optimization Design for Mechanical Structure Based on Specular Reflection Algorithm
In order to improve the quality and reliability of mechanical products,find the way to reduce the manufacturing cost,we focus on the research of box section cantilever structure and adopt the newest fruit(Specular Reflection Algorithm)in the field of intelligence optimization,combining with two kinds of advanced methods for solving the problem of robust optimization design of the cantilever,the two methods are optimization design and robust design respectively.On the premise of structure lightweight design,a robust optimization design are developed to obtain an optimum value insensitive to variations on the variables within the feasible region by consideration of the uncertain,so that the quality of products can be improved.Incorporate the sensitivity index into the model of structure optimization,transforming the robust optimization into multi-objective optimization problem under the requirements of design.The influence of environment and manufacturing conditions should be taken into consideration,discrete the design variables,using MATLAB to compile the professional procedure for robust optimization analysis of cantilever structure.Finally,a numerical example is given,the results shows that SRA is a kind of convenient and practical tool for design of struc-ture and it is suitable for solving the problem of robust optimization design,research of this paper provides a new train of thought for the research of metal structure.
