Research on Geometric Transformation in the Optimization Algorithm of Cylindricity Evaluation
The strategy of dimension reduction is used to optimize the problems of low speed and complex algorithm when evaluat-ing cylindricity using the minimum zone method.An improved cylindricity evaluation geometric model is established by using the least square fitting cylinder axis based on the original geometric model of minimum zone method.By geometrically transforming the measurement data,the three-dimensional cylindrical surface is converted into a two-dimensional plane,and the flatness er-ror after conversion is equivalent to the cylindricity error value of the original measurement data according to the principle of mini-mum condition.Experimental verification shows that the calculation speed of cylindricity error is increased by about 20%com-pared with the existing minimum zone method under the premise of meeting the accuracy requirements.The experimental results show that the strategy of dimension reduction for error evaluation has practical value.
