某SUV车辆平顺性建模研究及其悬架参数优化

首先,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS/View建立了某SUV车型的整车动力学模型.其次,开展了车辆平顺性实验,利用数据采集装置分别采集了车辆通过粗糙水泥路面及减速带时,车身沿纵向、横向及垂向的振动加速度信号,并通过车辆加速度振动响应验证了所建车辆模型的准确性.最后,基于ADAMS和isight的联合仿真技术,以提高车辆平顺性及稳定性为目标,采用多岛遗传算法对车辆前、后悬架刚度及阻尼进行多目标优化.优化后所得车辆悬架参数不仅能提高车辆平顺性,且有限改善了车辆行驶稳定性,较好解决了车辆行驶过程中平顺性及稳定性之间的矛盾.
Study on Ride Comfort Modeling and Suspension Parameter Optimization of an SUV
Firstly,The dynamics model of an SUV was established by using multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS/View.Secondly,the vehicle ride comfort experiment was carried out,the longitudinal,lateral and vertical vibration acceleration signals of the vehicle body were acquired by the data acquisition device when the vehicle passed the rough concrete pavement and the speed bump,respectively,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the acceleration vibration response of the vehicle.Final-ly.Based on ADAMS and isight co-simulation technology,multi-island genetic algorithm was used to optimize the stiffness and damping of the front and rear suspensions in order to improve ride comfort and stability.The suspension parameters obtained after optimization can not only improve the ride comfort,but also improve the driving stability of the vehicle,and the contradiction be-tween ride comfort and stability is well solved in the process of vehicle driving.
