Research on Deformation Detection and Reconstruction of High Temperature Turbine Blade
High temperature turbine blades play a crucial role in the reliable operation of the whole equipment,so it is very impor-tant to monitor the deformation of high temperature turbine blades in the working state.The high-temperature turbine blade is sim-plified into a two-dimensional beam structure,and the main deformation forms of the turbine blade are analyzed.The mathemati-cal model of strain-deformation was established by deformation reconstruction algorithm.A high-temperature turbine blade defor-mation detection experimental system based on FBG was established.Different types of loads were applied to the blade at normal temperature and high temperature of 500℃,and the strain at the measured point was detected by the FBG sensor and the deforma-tion of the blade was reconstructed.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results of ANSYS and the deformation results measured by the displacement sensor.The effectiveness of the measurement method and deformation reconstruc-tion algorithm is proved.
