Case Based Reasoning Design Method for Process Parameters of Squeeze Casting
The squeeze casting process parameters are the key factors in the process of squeeze casting.At present,they are mainly determined by experiments and experience,which is inefficient.Combined with the trend of data-driven manufacturing,a method of squeeze casting process parameter design based on case-based reasoning is proposed.The collected process data is regarded as a case set,and then the Markov blanket is established to remove the redundant factors of the squeeze casting process parameter,and the relationship between case attributes is established.Besides,the weights of case attributes are determined by using information entropy.Finally,the process parameters of new material casting were obtained based on the principle of case-based reasoning.To verify the effectiveness of the method,an example is applied.The proposed method provides a new method for the design of squeeze casting process parameters,which can greatly save the time of design and strengthen the use of existing data.
