Application of Multi Level Fuzzy Evaluation Theory in Ride Comfort Evaluation
Comprehensive and accurate ride comfort evaluation is an important basis for vehicle performance design and opti-mization.Based on the multi-level fuzzy evaluation theory,the subjective and objective evaluation grades of ride comfort are fit-ted,the fuzzy evaluation grade and fuzzy relation matrix are established,the two-level factor set and weight set of test point lo-cation and test road condition are determined,and the comprehensive evaluation system of ride comfort is established.The simu-lation test method is used to complete the ride comfort test under composite conditions,and the comprehensive evaluation value of vehicle ride comfort Ez is calculated.The test results show that the ride comfort of the test vehicle on the composite road is good,high-speed driving will significantly reduce the ride comfort performance of the vehicle,and adversely affect the vehicle structure and personnel health.In addition,in the simulation test,the composite condition can better reflect the real driving state of the vehicle,and ensure the integrity and reliability of the comprehensive evaluation of ride comfort.
