Nonlinear Dynamic Behavior of Rotating Traveling Wave Ultrasonic Motor Stator
As a new type of motor,the ultrasonic motor has a broad application prospect in some special fields such as space explo-ration and precision instruments with its unique performance.However,the strong electromechanical coupling nonlinear character-istics of the ultrasonic motor make it often produce nonlinear paper phenomena such as frequency drift and jump during the work-ing process,which affects the stability of the motor.In this,based on fourth-order Runge-Kutta method,Lyapunovexponent,Poin-caré cross section and other methods,the nonlinear vibration response characteristics of the stator of rotating traveling wave ultra-sonic motor under single-phase excitation were obtained.The Hopfbifurcation of the stator vibration response and the change pro-cess from the Hopf bifurcation to the periodic solution are further studied.The results have certain reference significance for further improving the output characteristics of the traveling-wave ultrasonic motor.
