针对短筒礼貌型机器人用谐波减速器中骨架油封安装困难问题,介绍一种骨架油封的压装机构,该机构包括手轮驱动装置、平滑移动装置、定位压紧装置.应用CAXA CAE分析其安装过程,观察骨架油封的各应力状态,保证压装力不会损伤骨架油封.然后制作样机并进行试验,验证该压装机构的合理性和实用性.该压装机构可以保证骨架油封的利用率达到99.17%,安装时间为0.655min/个,比前期纯凭经验装配时利用率提高了19.48%,装配时间缩短了0.345min/个.该机构的设计可以解决骨架油封的安装过程中出现的弹簧脱落、唇部撕裂等问题,提高了骨架油封的利用率.
Design and Analysis of a Kind of Pressure-Fitting Mechanism for Framework Oil Seal
In order to solve the problem of difficult to install the framework oil seal in the short cylinder politeness harmonic gear drive,a pressure-fitting mechanism for framework oil seal is designed.The mechanism comprises a hand-wheel driving device,a smoothing moving device and a positioning pressing device.CAXA CAE is used to analyze the installation process and observe the stress states of the skeleton oil seal,so as to ensure that the pressure loading force will not damage the skeleton oil seal.Then a pro-totype is made and tested to verify the rationality and practicability of the press-mounting mechanism.The pressure mounting mechanism can ensure that the utilization rate of the skeleton oil seal can reach 99.17%,and the installation time is 0.655minper piece,which is 19.48%higher than that of the previous pure experience assembly,and the assembly time is 0.345min per piece shorter.The design of the mechanism can solve the problems such as spring falling off and lip tearing during the installation of the framework oil seal,and improve the utilization rate of the framework oil seal.
