某中低速磁悬浮转向机构拉杆的失稳分析

通过有限元分析对某中低速磁悬浮转向机构的拉杆进行了失稳分析,通过理论计算,屈曲分析以及大变形计算方法对拉杆分别进行了临界载荷的计算.在屈曲分析中对比了不同初始载荷对计算结果的影响,在大变形分析中对比了不同的扰动力大小对临界载荷计算的影响.研究结果表明:欧拉公式、屈曲分析以及大变形方法计算所得的临界载荷基本一致;当施加的初始载荷不同时,特征值屈曲分析的临界载荷基本一致;大变形分析中,在不同的扰动作用下,扰动越小,计算所得的临界载荷越接近理论值.
Instability Analysis of the Tie Rod of a Certain Medium and Low Speed Magnetic Suspension Steering Mechanism
Through finite element analysis,the instability analysis of the tie rod of a low and medium-speed magnetic levitation steering mechanism is carried out.Through theoretical calculation,buckling analysis and large deformation calculation meth-ods,the critical load of the tie rod is calculated.In the buckling analysis,the effects of different initial loads on the calculation re-sults are compared,and in the large deformation analysis,the effects of different disturbance forces on the calculation of critical loads are compared.The research results show that the critical load calculated by Euler formula,buckling analysis and large de-formation method is basically the same;when the initial load is different,the critical load of the eigenvalue buckling analysis is basically the same;in the large deformation analysis,under different disturbances,the smaller the disturbance,the closer the cal-culated critical load is to the theoretical value.
