Safety Design Range Analysis of Bridge Crane Girder to Cancel Arch
The elimination of the arch of the main girder of the bridge crane is of great significance for cost saving and automatic oper-ation.The main girder model of bridge crane built by finite element method is closer to the actual working conditions. For different ton-nage and different series of main girders, the process of finite element calculation will be too cumbersome, which will inevitably produce repeated labor,time-consuming and wasted resources. The response surface method of coupled finite element method is used to build the theoretical model of the main beam prediction, which avoids the repeated calculation by using finite element software, and provides the explicit objective function directly for the main beam model.Further experiments were carried out to analyze the transmission path of the main beam and cancel the safety prediction of arch curvature, and to verify the correctness of the prediction function within a certain er-ror range.Research results provide theoretical support for rapid development of bridge cranes and equipment upgrades.
