摘要

为了使RV减速器的结构更加紧凑、传动效率更高和承载能力更强,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的RV减速器多目标优化设计方法.以RV减速器的体积、传动效率和摆线轮接触应力为多目标函数,借助层次分析法(AHP)对优化目标进行评估,计算各个目标的权重,将多个目标通过加权法转化为单目标函数,其次建立了包含参数范围、强度校核及结构限制的约束条件.最后利用遗传算法(GA)实现多目标优化设计问题的求解.优化结果表明,优化后的RV减速器体积减小、传动效率更高、承载能力更强,综合性能提高了8.0%.为实际生产应用中减速器的优化设计提供理论和方法指导.

Abstract

In order to the RV reducer more compact,more efficient and more powerful,a multi-objective optimization design meth-od based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.The volume,transmission efficiency and contact stress of the cycloid gear of the RV reducer are taken as multi-objective functions,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the op-timization target.The weight of each target is calculated.Multiple targets is converted into single objective function by weighting method.Secondly,the constraint conditions including parameter range,strength constraint and structure constraint are estab-lished.Finally,genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective design problem.The optimization results show that the opti-mized RV reducer has smaller volume,higher transmission efficiency,stronger bearing capacity,and improved comprehensive per-formance by 8.0%.Theoretical and methodological guidance is provides for the optimization of gear reducer in practical produc-tion and application.
