Multi-Objective Hierarchical Optimization Design of RV Reducer
In order to the RV reducer more compact,more efficient and more powerful,a multi-objective optimization design meth-od based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.The volume,transmission efficiency and contact stress of the cycloid gear of the RV reducer are taken as multi-objective functions,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the op-timization target.The weight of each target is calculated.Multiple targets is converted into single objective function by weighting method.Secondly,the constraint conditions including parameter range,strength constraint and structure constraint are estab-lished.Finally,genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective design problem.The optimization results show that the opti-mized RV reducer has smaller volume,higher transmission efficiency,stronger bearing capacity,and improved comprehensive per-formance by 8.0%.Theoretical and methodological guidance is provides for the optimization of gear reducer in practical produc-tion and application.
