连接管对滤芯内气体流动特性的影响研究

应用非均匀有理B样条(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline,NURBS)理论设计流线型连接管,研究连接管对滤芯内部气体流动特性的影响.对连接管进行了压降及气体流动特性(速度分布、流动均匀性等)的实验研究,在设定不同入口速度等初始条件下,获取压降及滤芯后端面的速度分布数据.实验结果表明NURBS连接管有更优的流动均匀性;采集了实验台的整体压降数据,发现NURBS连接管的压降比传统直线型连接管最高可降低18%.建立仿真模型,采用计算流体软件Fluent 18.0对滤芯内部的流场情况进行分析,发现NURBS连接管可以减少连接管的内部涡团,让更多的气流从边界位置通过滤芯,使滤芯内部的流动均匀性提高,从而减小压降.
Study of Connecting Cone Influence on Flow Characteristics in Monolith
The theory of Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NURBS)was applied on the design of streamlined connecting cone,the influence of the cone on the flow characteristics was studied.The experiments of pressure drop and gas flow characteristics(such as the velocity distribution,flow uniformity)were carried out,by setting different inlet velocities,the pressure drop and the velocity distribution after the outlet surface of the monolith were obtained.The results show that the NURBS cone has better flow uniformity,the pressure drop of the NURBS cone can be reduced by up to 18%.Meanwhile,the simulation model was established and the flow field inside the monolith was analyzed by using the computational fluid software Fluent 18.0.It was found that the NURBS cone can reduce the inner vortex of the cone,and allow more gas flow to pass through the boundary of the monolith,which improves the flow uniformity and thus reduce the pressure drop.
