Characteristic Analysis of Full Hydraulic Steering System with Dual Steering Gear Based on AMESim
The setting dual steering gear for full hydraulic steering system can solve the problem of large displacement demand.This arrangement will affect the dynamic response characteristics of the system,so analyze the feasibility of the system.According to the structural characteristics of the full hydraulic steering system of a dump truck,the key parameters of the single steering gear system were analyzed and designed,and the values of each parameter were obtained.The pressure loss and temperature rise of the steering system were checked,according to the requirements of vehicle steering parameters to verify whether the system can meet the requirements.Based on AMESim,the analysis model of double steering gear hydraulic steering system was built to analyze the impact of changes in angle,slope input,steering load and inlet flow on the system.A full hydraulic steering system test-bed was built to verify the parameter design results and simulation model analysis results.The results show that:the pressure loss of the double steering gear full hydraulic steering system meets the requirements,the approximate value of the system oil temperature rise is 58.4℃,the temperature rise does not exceed the allowable range,and there is no need to set a cooler in the hydraulic sys-tem.The parameters of the dual steering gear model tend to be stable when the slope signal is input at the steering wheel angle.The main factors affecting the performance of dual steering gear system are the speed and load of steering wheel.Under the angu-lar velocity step input obtained by the test platform,the error between the output pressure of the steering gear and the output flow of the flow amplifier and the simulation analysis results is controlled within 5%,indicating the reliability of the analysis model and results,which provides a reference for such analysis and design.
