数控磨床电控系统可靠性建模与评估研究

摘要
电控系统作为数控磨床关键子系统之一,尚未有学者对其开展可靠性建模与评估研究.文章对北京第二机床厂提供的MKS型数控磨床电控系统故障数据进行预处理,并绘制概率密度散点图,发现图像趋势符合威布尔分布或指数分布,再利用最小二乘法进行参数估计,经模型检验后引入灰关联度进行模型优选,确定电控系统故障数据所属分布模型为指数分布.最后计算了电控系统平均故障间隔时间MTBF、平均维修时间MTTR和固有可用度Ainh.评估结果已反馈给厂家并获得认可,对提升数控磨床整机的可靠性水平有重要意义.
Abstract
As one of the key subsystems of CNC grinding machine,the reliability modeling and evaluation of electronic control system has not been carried out.In this paper,the fault data of MKS CNC grinder electric control system provided by Beijing No.2 machine tool works are preprocessed,and the probability density scatter diagram is drawn.It is found that the image trend con-forms to Weibull distribution or exponential distribution.Then,the least square method is used for parameter estimation.After model verification,the grey correlation degree is introduced for model optimization,and the distribution model of electric control system fault data is determined as exponential distribution model.Finally,the mean time between failures(MTBF),mean main-tenance time(MTTR)and inherent availability(Ainh)of the electronic control system are calculated.The evaluation results have been fed back to the manufacturer and approved,which is of great significance to improve the reliability level of CNCgrinder.
