TC4钛合金蜂窝夹层结构力学性能研究

对有加强边的蜂窝夹层结构设计了剪切和压缩专用夹具,结合两种蜂窝芯体排布方向对蜂窝壁板的剪切和侧压性能做了对比分析,试验中采用光学云纹法和贴应变片方式观测面板变形.结果表明:蜂窝芯体的排布方向对蜂窝夹层结构的侧压与剪切性能有一定影响,剪切试验表现为破坏起始位置与整体破坏形式不同;侧压试验表现为压缩破坏程度与抗压能力不同.剪切试验所得试验数据较一致,侧压试验因出现局部结构失稳导致试验数据较分散,但总体趋于一致.
Study on Mechanical Properties of TC4 Titanium Alloy Honeycomb Sandwich Structure
The shear and compression special fixtures were designed for the braided titanium alloy honeycomb sandwich structure with reinforced edges.The shear and compression stability of the honeycomb panels was compared with the arrangement of two dif-ferent honeycomb cores.Optical moire method and strain gauge method to observe the structural deformation.The results show that the arrangement of the honeycomb core has some influence on the lateral pressure and shear performance of the honeycomb sand-wich structure.The shear test shows that the failure starting position and the entire failure mode are different.The lateral compres-sion test shows the observable degree of compression and compressive pressure are different.The experimental data obtained from the shear test are more consistent,and the lateral pressure test results in the dispersion of the local structure due to the native struc-ture,but the overall trend is consistent.
