滑动轴承转子系统中制造误差建模方法的研究

由于滑动轴承工作表面的制造误差与油膜厚度在同一量级(μm)上,制造误差对滑动轴承转子系统运行特性的影响不可忽略.为了更好地表达轴承所含制造误差的完整信息,揭示滑动轴承制造误差对系统运行特性的影响规律,圆柱曲面三维制造误差建模已成为滑动轴承研究领域中的一个研究发展趋势.通过概括滑动轴承制造误差建模方法的国内外研究现状,分析传统误差模型、分形理论误差模型以及SDT三维误差模型的特点,并阐述了三种常用误差模型在滑动轴承中的建模研究,总结了制造误差模型在滑动轴承转子系统中建模的现存问题.通过对比分析表明:SDT三维误差模型能够更加合理地表征滑动轴承完整误差信息,基于SDT的滑动轴承三维误差建模方法在滑动轴承误差建模与运行特性的研究中具有重要意义.
Modeling Method of Manufacturing Error in Sliding Bearing Rotor System
Because the manufacturing error of sliding bearing working surface and oil film thickness are in the same order of mag-nitude(μm),the influence of manufacturing error on the running characteristics of sliding bearing rotor system can not be ig-nored.In order to better express the complete information of bearing manufacturing errors and reveal the influence of sliding bear-ing manufacturing error on system operation characteristics,3D manufacturing error modeling of cylindrical curved surface has become a research development trend in the research field of sliding bearings.By summarizing the research status of manufactur-ing error modeling methods of sliding bearings at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the characteristics of traditional error model,fractal theory error model and SDT three-dimensional error model,expounds the modeling research of three commonly used error models in sliding bearings,and summarizes the existing problems of manufacturing error model modeling in sliding bearing rotor system.Comparative analysis shows that SDT three-dimensional error model can represent the complete error infor-mation of sliding bearing more reasonably,and the error modeling method of sliding bearing based on SDT theory is of great sig-nificance in the research and analysis of error modeling and operation characteristics of sliding bearing.
