累积疲劳损伤的数值积分算法

提出了采用高斯-勒让德公式进行数值积分的累积疲劳损伤计算方法,该方法通过对包含当量载荷概率密度函数的不可积被积函数进行数值积分来计算累积疲劳损伤.以16Mn和60Si2Mn两种材料为研究对象,基于正态分布和威布尔分布两种常见的当量载荷分布形式,采用试验设计法对算法进行了验证,结果表明,采用高斯-勒让德公式进行数值积分的累积疲劳损伤算法是正确和有效的;同时与传统的八级载荷法进行了对比分析,结果表明,在连续或准连续载荷谱作用下,采用八级载荷分级法计算累积疲劳损伤会出现较大的偏差率,并且偏差率不稳定,相比于八级载荷法,高斯数值积分法是一种更优的累积疲劳损伤计算方法,可以极大地提高累积疲劳损伤的计算精度.
Numerical Integration Calculation Method of Cumulative Fatigue Damage
Calculation method of cumulative fatigue damage by numerical integration with Gauss-Legendre formula was present-ed,of this method,cumulative fatigue damage is calculated by numerical integration to non-integrable function including prob-ability density function of equivalent load.Took two kinds of material 16Mn and 60Si2Mn as study object,based on two common distribution forms of equivalent load Gauss distribution and Weibull distribution,the calculation method was verified by experi-mental design,the result of verification showed that,the Calculation method of cumulative fatigue damage is correct and effec-tive by numerical integration with Gauss-Legendre formula;Comparative analysis was performed to traditional 8-level load method,the analysis result showed that,under the action of continuous or approximate continuous load spectrum,cumulative fa-tigue damage calculated with 8-level load method would cause more and unstable deviation rate,Gauss numerical integration method is a Calculation method of cumulative fatigue damage superior to 8-level load method,it can improve calculation accu-racy of cumulative fatigue damage greatly.
