Research on Variable Loads Friction and Wear Performance of 81107 Bearings with Pits Textured
In order to explore the friction and wear performance of the pit-textured bearing under variable load conditions, the 81107TN thrust cylindrical roller bearing was taken as the research object. The pit-shaped texture of different diameters and dif-ferent depths was prepared on the surface of the shaft ring, use MMW-1A universal friction and wear testing machine to test un-der the condition of stepwise incremental load and starved lubrication.Through analysis and comparison of friction coefficient, wear amount and surface morphology after the test.It is found that the pit-textured bearing with a diameter of 250μm and a depth of 20μm exhibits good friction and wear performance. The average friction coefficient rise time point is 6000s later than that of a smooth non-textured bearing, and the amount of wear is reduced by 7% compared with a smooth non-textured bearing.Un-der the conditions of this article, the average friction coefficient of the bearing under the variable load condition is lower than the constant load, the maximum difference is 0.031,and the average friction coefficient of the variable load bearing in the later stage is more stable, and the wear of the variable load bearing is also reduced by 7.3%compared with the constant load bearing.
