针对当前国内老龄化问题加重,老年人无法按时按需服用药品的问题,设计了一种新型智能药箱.药箱整体采用模块化结构设计,可通过触摸屏设定落药时间、药品种类和数目.设计了手机端APP,提前设定老人服药种类、数量和时间,通过传感器检测药品数量是否满足要求,老人是否按时取药.针对药品质量问题,对智能药箱进行优化,设计了一种基于图像识别的药品质量监测装置,引入一种四元数与自组织神经网络结合的图像边缘检测方法对药品图像进行边缘提取对比,实现药品质量监测.实验表明,智能药箱内部结构合理,落药顺畅,药品质量监测稳定,准确率可达到100%,保障了老人服药的时效性与安全性.
Design and Optimization of Intelligent Medicine Box Based on Image Recognition
A new type of intelligent medicine box was designed to solve the current domestic aging problem and the problem that the elderly cannot take medicines on time and on demand.The whole medicine box adopts a modular structure design,and the medicine dropping time,medicine type and number can be set through the touch screen.The mobile phone APP is designed to set the type,quantity and time of medication for the elderly in advance,and use sensors to detect whether the number of medications meets the requirements and whether the elderly take medication on time.Aiming at the problem of drug quality,the smart medi-cine box is optimized,a drug quality monitoring device based on image recognition is designed,and an image edge detection method combining quaternion and self-organizing neural network is introduced to extract and compare the edge of the drug im-age and realize drug quality monitoring.Experiments show that the internal structure of the smart medicine box is reasonable,the medicine is dropped smoothly,and the quality of medicine is stable,and the accuracy rate can reach 100%,which guarantees the timeliness and safety of taking medicine for the elderly.
