仿甲虫微型飞行器折叠翼模态分析

自然界中甲虫采用扑翼飞行方式来实现飞翔,具有优异的飞行性能.折叠翼模态特性对飞行器的气动特性具有重要影响.文章分析了扑翼运动对翅翼模态性能要求,建立折叠翼有限元模型.对折叠翼的模态进行仿真分析,获得不同参数条件下折叠翼的模态特性.通过正交试验,分析各参数对折叠翼模态的显著性影响,结果分析表明,折叠翼弹性模量与厚度对折叠翼固有频率影响显著.这里研究结果为仿甲虫微型飞行器的设计制造和实际应用奠定了基础.
Modal Analysis of Folding Wings of Imitating Insect Micro Air Vehicle
In nature,beetles use flapping wings to fly,and they have excellent flight performance.The modal characteristics of the folded wing have an important influence on the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft.It analyzes the requirements of flap-ping wing motion for wing modal performance,and establishes a finite element model for the folded wing.The modal analysis of the folding wing is carried out,and the modal characteristics of the folding wing under different parameter conditions are ob-tained.Through orthogonal experimental,the significant influence of each parameter on the modal mode of the folded wing is an-alyzed.The result analysis shows that the elastic modulus and thickness of the folded wing have a significant influence on the nat-ural frequency of the folded wing.The research results of this paper lay the foundation for the design,manufacture and practical application of the beetle-like micro-aircraft.
