臂架起重机标准体系分析及标准国际化实施策略研究

摘要
臂架起重机是起重机分类中最重要的类型之一,被广泛应用于港口装卸、水利水电建设、核电建设、设备制造、造船、铁路、建筑、冶金等行业的大型物件吊装作业.我国是臂架起重机制造大国、使用大国和出口大国,了解和掌握中外臂架起重机技术要求和标准体系差异十分重要.在差异分析的基础上,重点梳理与研究了国际标准体系的缺失项,并结合臂架起重机标准化工作实际情况,提出了包含开展系统性调研、持续跟踪中外标准技术内容、建立标准研究平台、推进重点项目国家标准制定和国家标准英文版翻译工作、加强专业人才培养、增强国际合作在内的六项标准国际化实施策略.
Abstract
Jib crane is one of the most important types in crane.It has been widely used in hoisting operation of large articles in port,hydropower construction,nuclear power construction,equipment manufacturing,shipbuilding,railway,construction and met-allurgy industries.China is a leading manufacturer,user and exporter of jib cranes,so it is very important to understand and mas-ter the differences of jib crane's technical requirements and standard system between China and foreign.On the basis of the differ-ence analysis,the missing items of international standard system are mainly studied.Considering the actual situation of jib crane standardization,6 implementation strategies of standards internationalization are proposed.
