深沟球轴承的二次回归通用旋转组合设计

Design for Deep Groove Ball Bearing Based on Quadratic Regression Universal Rotation Combination Design

以Romax软件为平台,针对型号为6212的深沟球轴承,采取二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法建立轴承的回归模型;利用回归方程和加权优化算法,对深沟球轴承的双目标参数优化设计,并将优化的结果进行了仿真验证,对比分析发现,寿命和径向刚度的仿真值和预测值比较接近;轴承的寿命和径向刚度随着内、外圈沟曲率系数的增大而降低;内、外圈沟曲率系数fi和fe的交互影响对轴承的径向刚度影响总体大于对寿命的影响,表明优化模型和计算方法正确有效,可用于深沟球轴承寿命和径向刚度的分析和预测.
Based on the Romax software,this paper focus on the modle 6212 deep groove ball bearings,the regression model of deep groove ball bearing was established by quadratic regression universal rotation combination design method.Using the regres-sion equations and the method of weighting optimization,the dual-objective parameter optimized design of deep groove ball bear-ing was carried on,and the optimization results of the bearing is verified by simulation,it is found by contrast that the life and ra-dial stiffness of the simulation value and the predicted value is relatively close;The life and radial stiffness of the bearing decrease with the increase of the curvature coefficient of inner and outer ring groove.The interaction of the curvature coefficients fi and fe of the inner and outer rings on the radial stiffness of the bearing is generally greater than that on the life of the bearing,showing that the optimization model and the calculation method are correct,and it can be used to analyze and predict the life and radial stiffness of deep groove ball bearing.
