制造过程关键质量影响因素识别与分析

在产品制造过程中,关键质量影响因素的识别与分析是质量和工艺人员关注的焦点.目前关键质量影响因素的识别往往依赖于专家经验,而专家评价信息的模糊性和不确定性使得传统方法存在应用局限.因此对基于模糊集理论和VIKOR的产品制造过程质量影响因素识别与分析方法进行研究,将不确定性信息引入评价指标中,并通过对质量影响因素的重要性排序,实现了关键质量影响因素的识别与分析;最后在某航空产品焊接过程上进行了应用,验证了方法的有效性.
In most manufacturing processes,identifying the key process factors that may lead to quality issues is crucial for quality engineers and practitioners.There are several evaluating procedures for identifying key factors under exports'experiences.Howev-er,in practice,the fuzziness and uncertainty of evaluation information is rarely considered,which restricts the applicability of such procedures in key factors analysis.Therefore,an uncertainty-driven approach based on fuzzy set theory and VIKOR for key quali-ty-effected factors identification and analysis is proposed,which is efficient for factors'orders of importance.Application results in welding processes of a certain aviation product demonstrate the effective of the proposed procedure.
