综合传动装置转向机构可靠性分析与改进

转向机构是综合传动装置的核心部件之一,其零部件故障将导致车辆转向功率不足,甚至失去转向能力.针对某型综合传动装置转向机构在试验与使用过程中出现的可靠性问题,进行故障归纳与诊断,根据使用条件进行转向机构的可靠性建模与分配,并分析其故障模式、影响及危害性,最大故障影响概率达0.9.基于分析结果,从结构和装配工艺性对转向机构可靠性进行改进,并进行了改进后的转向机构可靠性试验.结果表明,转向机构可靠性已满足要求,改进技术措施有效.
The steering mechanism is the core components of the power-shift steering transmission(PSST),where the failure will result in insufficient steering power and loss of steering ability of vehicles.For the reliability of the steering mechanism,not only the faults are summarized and diagnosed,but also the failure modes,effects and hazards are investigated in detail,the maximum probability of failure influence reaches 0.9.Moreover,the reliability of the steering mechanism is improved by optimizing the struc-ture and assembly process,which is verified by the reliability test of the steering mechanism.Therefore,the improved technical measures are effective and the optimized steering mechanism has met the reliability requirements of PSST.
