Magnetic Force Calculation and Experimental Comparison of Coaxial Circular Permanent Magnets
The equivalent current method is used to model and analyze the magnetic force between coaxial toroidal permanent magnets,and an analytical expression containing generalized complete elliptic integral is obtained.The analytical equations are solved by numerical methods to obtain the magnetic force of the model at any size.The magnetic force is simulated and calculated by the finite element software,the simulation results are predicted by the model results.And the R2 values are all greater than 0.995.Finally,the model is applied to the analysis of a diamagnetic levitation energy harvester,the levitation gap of the levita-tion magnet was studied,and the solution results were compared with the experimental results.The calculation errors of the mod-els for 15 groups of experiments were all less than 5%,which verified the effective and convenient calculation method of interac-tion force between coaxial magnets.The method of solving the magnetic force between magnets through Matlab can be used in the analysis and design of drives and sensors based on the mechanism of magnetic force.
