Multi-Objective Optimization of Residual Vibration Under Pulse Excitation of Rear-Mounted Pure Electric Vehicle
Adams/Car software was used to establish a complete vehicle virtual prototype model of a pure electric vehicle with a rear motor,and it was researched that the problem of residual vibration caused by electric vehicle passing through the hurdle.A new opotimization goal called vibration attenuation was established to indicate the size of residual vibration.Isightwas used to in-tegrate modules of Adams/Car、MATLAB and two optomizations was performed with different optimization goals for residual vi-bration.The first optimization target is the vibration attenuation and the peak vertical acceleration of the rear seat,and the sec-ond optimization target is the peak vertical acceleration of the rear seat,and the two optimization results are compared.The simu-lation results show that the effect of the first optimization goal on the residual vibration optimization is better than the second time,indicating that the newly-built optimization goal-"Vibration Decay"can better measure the magnitude of the residual vi-bration,and taking this as the optimization goal has a better effect on residual vibration optimization.
