Design and Experimental Study of Measurement and Control System of Marine Diesel Engine Waste Heat Recovery Test Bench
In order to improve the degree of automation of the marine diesel engine waste heat recovery test bench,the measure-ment and control system of the marine diesel engine waste heat recovery test bench was developed based on STM32 and LabVIEW.The system can synchronously measure the temperature and flow rate of the cooling water at the inlet and outlet of the heat ex-changer,automatically control the temperature of the cooling water at the outlet of the heat exchanger through improved PI algo-rithm,and dynamically display the measured data and control effect on the upper computer interface,with modular functions such as data acquisition,remote control,data storage and fault alarm.The test results show that the data sampling period is less than 500ms,and the cooling water flow adjustment accuracy reaches 0.1m³/h.When the cooling water temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger is set at18.8℃,the overshoot is0.5%.
