Failure Analysis and Optimization Design of Wind Turbine Main Bearing
Main bearing is the core component of wind turbine,its performance directly affects the reliability and life of wind tur-bine.Through the material,heat treatment quality and scanning electron microscopy detection and analysis of the 4MW wind turbine spherical roller bearing,combined with the Romax shafting simulation model,the stress state of the bearing's two race-ways was analyzed.The results showed that,under the combined action of axial force and overturning moment,the deflection load of the bearing was the main cause of raceway fatigue.The optimization design and simulation analysis of the SRB show that the bearing stress state can be improved by changing the contact Angle to carry out asymmetric design.The failure analysis and optimization design of wind power main bearing can provide reference for the design of high power wind turbine main bearing.
