Simulation Application of ABAQUS Finite Element Analysis Software in Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing
The dynamic simulation of cylindrical roller bearings is carried out by ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis software,and the load distribution law of bearings under preset working conditions is analyzed by using the simulation results.Based on the theory of linear elasticity,the development mechanism of roller crack defect is studied,and the formation of roller spalling fault is well explained.The variation laws of kinetic energy and stress of bearings under normal and fault operating con-ditions are compared and analyzed,and the adverse effects of bearing operation under fault conditions are preliminarily ana-lyzed.By using the extracted simulation impact vibration signal,the FFT transform method is used to process the vibration sig-nal,and the fault frequency of prefabricated single component is accurately extracted.The adverse effect of composite fault on bearing operation is preliminarily studied,which lays a certain simulation theoretical basis for bearing fault diagnosis in practi-cal engineering application.
