Stiffness Modeling of Angular Contact Ball Bearing Based on Fractal Theory
The angular contact ball bearing is widely used in the fields of machine tools,automation equipment and other fields.However,there are few studies on the stiffness of angular contact ball bearings.For the models in the existing literature,the influ-ence of contact parameters such as surface roughness on stiffness is not considered.Based on the stiffness analysis of angular con-tact ball bearings,a model for calculating bearing stiffness based on fractal theory is proposed.The stiffness model of angular contact ball bearings established in this paper can consider the influence of contact parameters on the stiffness.The results show that the axial load and stiffness in angular contact ball bearings affect each other under different surface roughness.In addition,the model is compared with models in other documents,and the comparison results show the effectiveness of the model.
