高速列车维护维修过程中最重要的环节之一是对转向架上齿轮箱及其圆锥轴承进行安全性能检测,如何根据不同服役里程来确定轴承的维修等级以及通过监测轴承运行状态参数达到排查故障的目的,具有重要研究价值.这里以动车组齿轮箱中R215型圆锥轴承为研究对象,在生产现场对不同服役状态的圆锥轴承进行了标准的跑合试验,并通过有量纲和无量纲多组时域参数进行分析,结果表明服役超过120万公里齿轮箱轴承的各项参数指标均大于未服役的新轴承的各项参数指标.由此可见,利用时域分析方法可以初步判定齿轮箱轴承的故障状态,为进一步定量诊断轴承的磨损程度与故障类型提供参考.
Study on Time Domain Analysis Method of Conical Bearing Fault Signal in Gearbox
As an important part of gear box of high-speed train,tapered bearing is of great significance for fault detection of dif-ferent service mileage or different maintenance grades on a regular basis.The tapered bearing states of different service states in gearbox are tested and four groups of parameters,namely effective value,kurtosis factor,pulse factor and margin factor,are ob-tained by time domain analysis.The results show that each parameter index of gear box bearing with service more than 1.2million km is higher than that of new bearing without service.It can be seen that the fault state of gearbox bearing can be preliminarily de-termined by using time domain analysis method,which provides a reference for further quantitative diagnosis of wear degree and fault type of bearing.
