When an uplock of an airplane used gas as a backup power source for unlocking test, the ejector rod broke. After analy-sis by professional institutions,it is categorized as damage caused by material failure.First, according to the working principle of the uplock, the collision contact force and multi-body motion are researched and analyzed, and then the dynamic simulation model of the uplock is established and the problem is reproduced. The simulation result is consistent with the identification conclu-sion,which proves the accuracy of the dynamic model.Improve the uplock structure and remove structural weaknesses, and then carry out strength checking. After the simulation results meet the requirements, the gas test verification is carried out,and the modified upper lock successfully passes the test assessment. This article analyzes the impact dynamics of the uplock and has certain reference value for the design of other aircraft mechanisms,When gas is selected as a backup power source, due to the increase of contact force, the dynamic analysis of the main bearing parts is required and intensity review.
