Research on Energy Saving Direct Yaw Moment Control of New Energy Vehicle Motor
In order to reduce the energy consumption of electric vehicle motor in the process of driving,the direct yaw moment con-trol method is adopted,and the changes of vehicle wheel torque and motor power are simulated and verified.The vehicle model diagram is established,and the steering motion equation is deduced according to Newton's second law.Aiming at the improve-ment of the traditional two wheel equal torque control method,an active direct yaw moment control method is proposed,and the torque distribution law in the process of continuous driving and turning is derived.In order to reduce the energy consumption of ve-hicle motor,the torque change of vehicle wheel during turning is used to adjust the power change of motor.The vehicle yaw rate,wheel torque and motor energy consumption are simulated by MATLAB software,and compared with two wheel equal torque con-trol method.The results show that:using two wheel equal torque control method,the tracking error of vehicle yaw rate is large,the change range of wheel torque is small,and the adaptive adjustment ability is poor,which leads to more energy consumption of motor;using direct yaw moment control method,the tracking error of vehicle yaw rate is small,the change range of wheel torque is large,and the adaptive adjustment ability is good,which makes the motor energy saving Less consumption.The direct yaw mo-ment control method can adaptively adjust the change of wheel torque,so as to reduce the energy consumption of the motor.
