摘要
针对飞机零件设计过程的复杂性和重用性低等问题,选择一些对零件制造有较大影响的参数,以优化设计需求.以往的案例都是将问题和解决方案放在一起当作案例的属性,忽略了它们之间的联系,并且在实例修改部分的研究也不够深入.相似度的计算方法纷繁复杂,权重的分配又受人的主观因素影响,因此这里提出了一种新的通过问题-解决方案关系信息集成的方法,和传统的加权均值不同,该算法通过将相似度矩阵和关系矩阵相乘来计算每种检索实例的加权因子,通过矩阵乘法来构造混合加权矩阵,进行实例修改.将其应用到飞机零件制造系统中,达到智能化设计的目的.以典型飞机零件为例,证明了这种方法的适用性,并且能够有效提高设计结果的可用性和准确性.
Abstract
In view of the complexity and low reusability of the aircraft parts design process,some parameters that have a greater impact on the part manufacturing are selected to optimize the design requirements.In the past cases,the problem and solution were put together as the attributes of the case,ignoring the connection between them,and the research in the modification part of the case was also not in-depth.Similarity calculation methods are complicated and the weight distribution is affected by human sub-jective factors.Therefore,it proposes a new method of problem-solution relationship information integration,which is different from the traditional weighted mean.The algorithm calculates the weighted factors of each retrieval case by similarity matrix and relation matrix multiplication,constructs the mixed weight matrix by matrix multiplication,and modifies the examples Apply it to the aircraft parts manufacturing system to achieve the purpose of intelligent design.Taking typical aircraft parts as an example,it proves the applicability of this method and can effectively improve the usability and accuracy of the design results.
