异响影响汽车的整车NVH性能,汽车异响主要为冲击异响,识别冲击异响源对解决整车NVH性能问题有着重要意义.这里首先介绍了一种求解带阻尼多自由系统的强迫振动响应计算方法.然后利用带阻尼的五自由度质量弹簧系统介绍了冲击振动时延特性的定义,研究了质量、刚度以及阻尼对时延特性的影响.接着分析已知冲击振动源的实验数据,验证了其时延特性.最后,应用冲击振动时延特性,成功找到了某型号新下线车辆的坏路冲击异响源.因此,利用冲击振动的时延特性能寻找冲击异响源是一个行之有效的方法.
The Abnormal Sound Source Identification Study Based on the Impact Vibration Time Delay Characteristics
Abnormal noise affects the vehicle's NVH performance,The abnormal noise of automobiles is mainly impact abnormal noise.Identifying the source of impact abnormal noise is of great significance to solve the problem of the vehicle's NVH perfor-mance.Firstly,it has introduced a calculation method for Solving the forced vibration response of a damped multi-free system.Then,it has presented the definition of the time-delay characteristic of shock vibration by using a damped five-degree-of-freedom mass-spring system,and studied the effects of mass,stiffness and damping on the time-delay characteristic.Next,the article has analyzed the experimental data of the known shock and vibration to verify its time-delay characteristics.Finally,by applying the shock and vibration time-delay characteristics,we successfully found the source of the abnormal noise on the bad road of a new off-line vehicle of a certain model.Therefore,it is an effective method to use the time-delay characteristic of shock vibration to find the source of abnormal shock.
