大型球罐板块冲压成形仿真分析及数据库建立

基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,对3000m2大型球罐板块冲压成形工艺进行了研究,结合实验验证,分析了板块成形质量的影响因素,基于冲压力参数设置需求,研究不同工况的板块使用不同压力进行冲压时的变形量,得出不同工况的板块被不同压力冲压时的变形规律基本一致,板块变形量随冲压力的增大而增大,且板料的初始变形越大,相同冲压力变形越小,变形越困难.基于仿真工艺参数及变形等结果,建立了球壳板冲压工艺数据库,对提高球罐板块的冲压效率及工艺参数优选具有指导意义.
Simulation Analysis and Database Establishment of Large Spherical Tank Plate Stamping
Based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software,the stamping forming process of 3000m2 large spherical tank plate is studied.Combined with experimental verification,the influencing factors of plate forming quality are analyzed.Based on the setting requirements of stamping pressure parameters,the deformation of plates under different working conditions when stamping with different pressures is studied,and the deformation laws of plates under different working conditions when stamping with different pressures are basically the same,The deformation of the plate increases with the increase of the punching force,and the larger the initial deformation of the plate,the smaller the deformation of the same punching force,and the more difficult the deformation is.Based on the results of simulation process parameters and deformation,the stamping process database of spherical shell plate is established,which is of guiding significance to improve the stamping efficiency of spherical tank plate and optimize the process parameters.
