37kV环氧树脂干式变压器设计与分析

根据干式变压器损耗和绝缘等级等要求,提出一种绕组各层匝数非均匀分布的新型37 kV环氧树脂干式变压器结构.该新型结构铁芯采用长圆形截面45°全斜五步进错位搭接结构;低压绕组共四层,内三层各一匝铜箔,第四层三匝铜箔;高压绕组共两层,每层12段.采用ANSYS Maxwell和ANSYS Fluent分别对干式变压器进行电磁场、温度场的仿真分析,得到干式变压器铁损曲线和温度分布云图.仿真结果表明干式变压器的空载损耗为4.5561kW,在室温、额定工况不开风机运行时温升为95K,以15%的过载系数在室温开风机运行时温升为87K,经验证该结构完全满足空载损耗8000W和F级绝缘等级的要求.
Design and Analysis of 37kV Epoxy Resin Dry-Type Transformer
According to the requirements of dry transformer loss and insulation grade,a new 37kV epoxy resin dry transformer structure with non-uniform distribution of turns in each winding layer is proposed.The iron core of the new structure adopts a 45-degree all-oblique five-step dislocation lap structure with an oblong section.The low-voltage winding has four layers,one turn of copper foil in each of the three inner layers,and three turns of copper foil in the fourth layer.The high voltage winding has two layers,each layer has 12 sections.ANSYS Maxwell and ANSYS Fluent were used to simulate the electromagnetic field and tem-perature field of the dry-type transformer,and the iron loss curve and temperature distribution nephogram of the dry-type trans-former were obtained.The simulation results show that the no-load loss of the dry-type transformer is 4.5561kW,and the tem-perature rise is 95K at room temperature and the temperature rise is 87K at room temperature with 15%overload coefficient.It is verified that the structure can fully meet the requirements of no-load loss of 8000Wand insulation class F.
