近似模型拟合下的排气系统轻量化设计优化

针对排气系统面临的轻量化问题,提出一种近似模型拟合下的排气系统轻量化设计优化方法.以某乘用车排气系统为例,建立有限元模型并通过模态分析方法验证该模型的可靠性;结合拉丁超立方抽样法建立关于排气系统重量和性能要求的二次多项式近似模型;以排气系统总质量为优化目标,以系统模态、消声器壳体模态和结构强度为约束,建立充分考虑设计变量不确定性的轻量化优化函数;运用萤火虫算法进行轻量化分析,得到近似模型的最优解并代入有限元模型,确认结果可靠性.运用该方法,在保证排气系统性能要求的前提下,乘用车排气系统降重率可达22.6%,对排气系统轻量化工作具有一定的参考意义.
Lightweight Optimization Design of Automobile Exhaust System Based on the Surrogate Model
Aiming at the lightweight problem in automobile exhaust system,a lightweight optimization design method for ex-haust system is proposed based on the surrogate model.Taking an automobile as example,a FE model of exhaust system was built and its accuracy was verified by comparing the result of modal test.Based on the FE model,combined with the Latin hypercube sampling method,a quadratic polynomial surrogate model of the weight and performance was established.Taking the total mass as the target,considering the system mode,muffler shell mode,structural strength and the uncertainty of the design variables,a lightweight optimization design model was built.The best optimization result was gained by firefly algorithm and it was verified by FEA.Using this method,under the premise of ensuring the performance of exhaust system,the weight reduction rate of the ex-haust system reached22.6%,which has certain reference significance for the lightening work of subsequent projects.
