平衡块布置对柴油机振动与噪声影响研究

摘要
基于EXCITE-Powerunit软件,建立整机多体动力学模型,分析了同一平衡率下不同平衡块曲轴主轴承载荷变化与摩擦损失、曲轴强度和整机振动与噪声特性.研究结果表明:两种平衡块曲轴的轴承载荷均在缸内爆发压力时刻出现峰值,平均摩擦损失相同.四平衡块曲轴与八平衡块曲轴最小安全系数分别为1.93和2.01;在500Hz频率内,四平衡块曲轴对发动机振动影响较小,在(500~3000)Hz频率内,八平衡块对发动机振动影响较小,且八平衡块曲轴对机体表面声功率级影响更小,机体表面声功率级为93.83dB.
Abstract
Based on EXCITE-Powerunit software,a multi-body dynamics model of the whole machine was established to anal-yse the variation of main bearing load and friction loss,crankshaft strength and vibration and noise characteristics of the whole machine under the same balancing rate of different counterweights crankshafts.The results of the study show that the bearing loads of both counterweights crankshafts peak at the moment of in-cylinder burst pressure and the average friction losses are the same.Minimum safety factors of 1.93 and 2.01 for a four and eight counterweights crankshaft respectively;within 500Hz fre-quency,the four counterweights crankshaft has less effect on engine vibration,and within(500~3000)Hz frequency,the eight counterweights has less effect on engine vibration,and the eight counterweights crankshaft has less effect on the sound power level of the surface of the engine body The sound power level on the surface of the engine body is 93.83dB.
