曳引电梯驱动主机故障诊断技术研究综述

在不拆机的前提下,曳引电梯驱动主机故障检测与诊断的难点在于诊断方法的局限性和检测参数的有限性,因此如何利用现有方法和参数去精确表征曳引电梯驱动主机各类故障是一个亟待解决的难题.本文通过对国内外文献的研究,分析了曳引电梯驱动主机故障特点及诊断难点,对该领域的主要研究内容、研究成果以及发展方向进行了归纳总结.指出了当前研究工作存在的主要问题,提出了未来研究重点应关注基于多源数据融合驱动的故障诊断、高鲁棒性检测模型系统开发、便携式设备研发和在线监测及预警.
Review of Fault Diagnosis of Traction Elevator Driving Machine
Under the premise of not disassembling,the difficulty of fault detection and diagnosis of traction elevator driving ma-chine are the limitations of diagnosis methods and detection parameters.Therefore,the urgent problem is how to use the existing methods and parameters to accurately characterize the various faults of traction elevator driving machine.This paper analyzes the fault characteristics and diagnostic difficulties of traction elevator driving machine,and summarizes the main research contents,research achievements and development direction on this field through the study of literature at home and abroad.The paper points out the main problems of current research,and puts forward that future research priorities should focus on fault diagnosis based on multi-sensor data fusion and data driven,development of high robustness detection model system and portable equipment,and on-line monitoring and early warning.
