炉顶装料装置经历了由钟式炉顶到无料钟炉顶的发展过程,无料钟炉顶能准确地布出满足高炉生产要求的料面形状.料流调节阀是无料钟炉顶精确调节布料速度的唯一手段,其开度值和开口形状直接影响高炉布料的合理性与均匀性,针对料流调节阀的结构特点、工作原理及其传动机构进行分析研究,得出内外阀板的轨迹方程和设计的关键点,并对传动机构进行优化,给出一个料流阀阀板传动机构优化的理论计算依据,对无料钟炉顶料流调节阀设计选型提供了设计思路.
The Structural Analysis and Optimization of DN750 Material Control Gate
The top charging device has experienced the development process from bell-type top to bell-less top,The bell-less top can accurately distribute the material surface shape to meet the production requirements of the blast furnace.The material control gate is the only means to accurately adjust the distribution speed of bell-less top furnace,Its opening value and opening shape di-rectly affect the rationality and uniformity of blast furnace distribution.The structural characteristics,working principle and transmission mechanism of the material control gate are analyzed and studied,the trajectory equation of internal and external valve plate and the key points of design are obtained.And optimize the transmission mechanism.A theoretical calculation basis for the optimization of the disc drive mechanism of a feed flow valve is given.This paper provides a design idea for the design and se-lection of top charge flow regulating valve of bell-less top.
