Research on Speed Planning Algorithm of Fifth Degree Polynomial for High Quality Machining
It analyzes several acceleration and deceleration algorithms commonly used in CNC machine tools.In view of the dis-continuity of the processing curve in the traditional speed planning algorithm,the oscillation in the processing process,and the low processing accuracy,etc.a fifth-order polynomial speed planning algorithm is proposed.First,it introduces the detailed deriva-tion process of the formula used in the algorithm,and then introduces the interpolation process the interpolation of the NURBS curve to be processed is divided into two stages:fast interpolation and real-time interpolation.Finally,the simulation figures shows the results and conclusions.This algorithm made the motion curve during processing are more continuous and flexible.And the processing efficiency has been significantly improved,which is suitable for high-quality processing.
