Research on the Reliability of the Gear System in Shearer Cutting Transmission Section
Aiming at the problem that the cutting load of the shearer is easy to cause the failure of the gear transmission system, firstly, fully considering the uncertainty of coal gangue parameters, the uncertainty model of terminal load is established.Sec-ondly,based on the concentrated mass method, the dynamic model of the shearer cutting drive system driven by a permanent magnet motor under the influence of load is constructed. Finally, based on the stress-strength interference theory, the system stress-mild interference model is established, and the service life of the gear transmission system is predicted. The results of the study show that the gears in the high-speed zone have a shorter service life.Under the same conditions, the structure designed ac-cording to the principle of independence will be more redundant. The reliability analysis based on the failure-related principles is more reasonable. It can provide a reference for the further optimization design of the shearer cutting drive system.
