Research on Dynamic Modeling and Parameter Influence of Piston Valve Transmission Mechanism
Plunger valves have a wide range of applications in long-distance water delivery,water supply and drainage,electrici-ty,irrigation and other fields,and its transmission mechanism has an important impact on regulation performance.In order to evaluate the influence of the design parameters on the dynamic performance,this paper uses the vector synthesis method to obtain the speed of the slider in the crank-connecting rod mechanism,and combines the derivation method and the D'Alembert principle to establish the dynamic model of the crank-connecting rod mechanism.The dynamic parameters of each position were solved by matrix,and the dynamic model of the crank-connecting rod mechanism was simulated and verified through the virtual prototype model;the influence of the parameters of the crank-connecting rod mechanism was studied,and the effect discipline of each pa-rameter on the performance of the transmission mechanism was obtained,The set rule of the design variables value was also ob-tained.The results show that the higher accuracy of the theoretical model established in this paper has guiding significance for the design of the piston valve transmission mechanism,and establishes a theoretical basis for further optimization research.
